Document Processing
A document is created to add stock transactions. This can be a GRN used to book stock onto the system or a DN (delivery note) to book stock out of the system.
Stock Report
View current onhand figures. Stock can be filtered as required, i.e. by warehouse, by client. This report can be customized as per your unique warehousing requirements
Batch reports
View onhand figures by item, batch number, and expiry dates. With links to item and batch specific documentation i.e. certificates of analysis
Transaction Reports
View stock movements with custom filters to view by client, date range, stock item and batch. Also includes download links to documentation such as a goods received note or delivery note linked to a particular transaction record.

Digitalwise cloud database applications reside on highly reliable, secure and redundant DELL Servers located in a modern co-location facility, delivering multi-level physical security for mission critical Internet applications. Daily back-ups are performed and in the case of a natural disaster a second data centre redundantly protects and stores all customer information and assets.
All access to our applications run through a secure link which enables full encryption of all communication between the browser and our servers.
Database data for each individual application is separated from the data of every other application. No other Digitalwise client can access your data – our database architecture doesn’t allow it and cannot be manipulated in any way to allow it.
There is no storage limit in terms on the number of records that can be stored.
We offer a 14 day trial period. If you are happy at the end of the trial you can sign up. There is no long term fixed contract periods. So you can walk away at anytime.
